During the probationary period, the salary shall not be less than 70% of the regular wage post-probation (with practical implementation often at 85%). Within the probationary period, both parties may amend and supplement the terms of the contract. Employees engaged under fixed-term labor contracts of less than one month are not subject to a probationary period. |
